Objective

The objective of this SOP is to guide users on how to log into the new ServiStar users site for the first time.

Key Steps

1. Visit the login page of the users site.
2. Enter your email address and existing ServiStar Learning Library password.
3. Optionally, click on "Remember Me" for future logins.
4. If you forget your password, click on "Forgot Password" to receive a password reset instruction email.
5. Enter your username and password on the sign-in page.
6. Check the "Remember Me" option if desired.
7. Click on the login button to access the site.

Cautionary Notes

• Ensure that the email address and password entered are correct to avoid login issues.
• Follow the password reset instructions carefully if needed to regain access to the account.

Tips for Efficiency

• Encourage users to use a secure password that is easy to remember.
• Regularly update passwords for security purposes.
• Utilize the "Remember Me" feature for quick and easy logins in the future.
