Favorite Life Hack: For the most part people want you to listen to them and not try to solve their problems. I have learned that if we listen with the intent to understand, rather than thinking what will I say next and give advice, we truly connect with people on a deeper level. Also, advice from my dad about marriage... son, you can be right or you can be happy, you can't always be both. It's your choice what you make a big deal of.
