Jen Kuhn has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate trainer and public speaker, working with credit union employees, coaches, and executives while they work to enhance their professional skills. She understands that managers want to lead strong teams but don't always have the ability to do it. Jen is there with relentless energy and insight to challenge managers beyond the status quo.

    Her expectations are high while her approach is fun and down to earth. A credit union executive once stated, "If Jen can't help you, you can't be helped." Jen consults with credit unions throughout the US, and presents and implements topics in the areas of employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, sales and service culture development, train the trainer, handling irate members, and much more. Her unique approach to people combines humor and real world experience, which has made her a nationally recognized speaker and trainer. On most federal holidays, Jen can be found as the speaker at all-employee credit union trainings somewhere in the United States.
