Michelle Harrison

  2. Michelle Harrison oversees the day to day operations of the company while working to fulfill the ServiStar vision to be the most valued business partner of our credit union clients and associates.

    Michelle began working for the company more than 15 years ago as the organization's VP of Marketing and Research. Her main focus in the last decade has been on managing the Internal Service Survey and creating product knowledge manuals and assessments for ServiStar clients. Michelle began her career in the credit union industry as the VP of Marketing for a Tallahassee, Florida credit union, and served on the board of the Credit Union Partnership for Informed Consumers, a cooperative marketing and education program among local credit unions. After leaving the credit union, Michelle became a private consultant providing her clients with a variety of communication services. It wasn't long, however, before she found her way to ServiStar and began her commitment to helping her credit union clients learn how to provide the very best service to their members.
