  2. Mike, one of the most sought after speakers in the Credit Union Movement, is also a published researcher and author. Mike and his consultants work exclusively with credit unions teaching them how to become more profitable through outstanding leadership, management and Member Experience. Mike’s clients have won two NAFCU Credit Union of the Year Awards and 100% of the top rated credit unions, with regard to both sales and service delivery, are ServiStar clients.

    Prior to starting Michael Neill and Associates in 1998, Mike worked as a senior executive where he led the credit union to a number two ranking in member product penetration, and in the top twenty-five in “value to member.” In addition to an undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, Mike is certified as an Executive Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
